All travel and hotel will be coordinated with our travel agency, no exceptions. Our travel agency will work with you to find the best accommodations closest to your event/studio. Our agency will try to work with your budget based on the travel options or you can opt to pay a flat fee for the traveling rider, at which the travel agent will make all of the arrangements
